Manashosting is a leading service provider in the IT industry, providing the best of facilities at competitive market rates. However, recent detection of misuse of our services have compelled us to take action against the violating clients and also lay down a few terms and conditions.

We own the sole rights to discontinue the services or deny access to anyone who fails to comply with the rules implemented by us, without any warning or prior notice. The payments received from the violating parties in such cases are also non-refundable.

The Terms and Conditions to be followed have been listed below:

  • Domain control panel will be applied only before 30days of renew date. After that domain control panel will not be provided, after the expiry of domain will be company property not the client because client failed to renew on time. After the expiry late fee Rs 25 per day is applicable. Domain renew price always will be current month domain price not last year domain price. To get domain control panel client have to give ID and address proof, last year payment proof before 15 days of expiry of domain. Without ID and address proof domain cannot be renew under any circumstances and money paid will not be refunded, it can only be adjusted in hosting account. Domain restore price will be 10 times of the current domain price, company will not be responsible for late fee and restore fee. Applicable late and restore fee is applied only due to laziness of client. Company have complete rights to reject any domain renew or restore requested by the client at any time
    • Shared hosting promos provided to the customers of Manashosting are on dual promo basis. In these promos customer actually pay for a limited period (months) of the total validy of the package and the rest of the years are provided free of cost.


  • Misuse of the allotted server space, bandwidth are prohibited and penalty will be charge.
  • Distribution of free email IDs to any person other than the ones related to the website owner or the company automatically gives are prohibited, penalty will be charge to those users
  • In case of misuse of allotted email ID space, we will have the rights to diminish the space provided for one email ID.
  • All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
  • Misuse of bandwidth will lead a client to be entitled for lesser bandwidth in future or account would be suspended or deleted.
  • Any illegal activity detected on a website will lead to sealing of the same by us with immediate effect, as per the IT rules laid out by the Indian and International IT Act.
  • Intentionally tampering (Hacking or sending virus) of our server by a client will see the account suspended.
  • Customers are advised to maintain their own data backups on their home computers or CDs to ensure that they have ready access to their data in case we have a hardware failure. However, such cases are rare in occurrence, but cannot be avoided sometimes. This is why we recommend all our clients to take regular backups for all their important data. You can take your mail backup by forwarding the mail id to other email id and by using outlook of local computer.
  • For safety reasons, we urge our customers not to divulge the password of their e-mail/ hosting/ ftp accounts to anyone. In cases where passwords and usernames are to be given to our employees, we suggest to change the password immediately. In every 15 days you have to change your all password for security reason.
  • There is no provision of refund in Manashosting for any products under any circumstances.
  • In any circumstances money refund is not possible.
  • Before regsitering domain with Manashosting please check if the desired domian is available on If the domain is not available on please do not make any payment. Manashosting will not be responsible for any payment made without checking domain availablity on
  • Customers should also maintain their payment confirmation details that have been paid to us for activation of the orders. It is also advisable to maintain the backup of our first mail which is sent to you after activation of your order and contains your User ID and password. By using the details provided, we will be able to provide you Technical/ Billing support and activation/ renew/ control panel/ reset password facility etc.
  • Hereby we would like to update that we have stopped all kinds of instant order activation of hosting and instant registration of domains. We have taken this step due to various fraud and hacking activities are going on in cyber world. Please ignore such type of wordings if it is mentioned in any Web Pages in our website. We have to check manually the payment, domain’s availability and all the credentials of the client to activate any order or register any domain. The order activation and domain registration will or might take little more time due to all kinds’ verifications and manual checking of the date provided by the client for the same. We hope you can understand the emergency and criticality of the cyber law and will co-operate us to the maximum level.
  • Unfortunately if website/server etc will down then we are not responsible for any losses face by client.

  • If you have made the payment by the payment gateway and the payment gateway company has declared your payment as fraud then your account will be suspended and the domain name will be deleted immediately without any prior notice. If you are making the payment by offline once again or you are clearing your payment by speaking with payment gateway company then we will reactive the hosting and reregister the domain if the domain name is available. Registration and hosting activation will be done after getting the payment confirmation only. Within this time if the domain will register by any other company then Manashosting will not be liable or responsible for that loses.
  • For plan details and services provided by Manashosting, please refer to the website as the most valid reference. Any commitment made by our employees over chat/phone/mail or by any other mode, which is not mentioned in our website, will not be abided.
  • We suggest all our clients to use our 7 days trial before purchasing any package. This will help to avoid post-purchase problems.
  • Manashosting would like to announce that any one misbehave or using abuse languages to our employee then we will suspend or delete his/ her account without any priority notice, and he will not get any refund and further support from Manashosting any point of time. For this Manashosting is not responsible. Manashosting have full rights to take action against that client/ visitor. Client/ Visitor has to pay 5000/- fine or penalty for each abuse word.
  • If you have taken any free domain from us with any package, then at the time of changing the server from Manashosting, you need pay the domain price extra. If you are hosting your domain in any other server without informing to our billing team by raising a ticket then you must have to pay 5 times more of the domain price.
  • If your primary domain is moved from us to another service provider, then your additional domains hosted on the same account will be deleted automatically and your hosting account will be cancelled due to inactivity of your account. The remaining period of your validity will be deemed void automatically. Moving your primary domain will be at the sole responsibility of the customer and company will not be responsible and hence it is recommended not to move your primary domain.
  • Please take the back up of all your data before changing Name Server (DNS) of your Domain. We will delete all your data automatically if you will change your Name Sever. To reduce server burden we will delete all data of the Domain which name server is not pointing to our server. So Manashosting will not responsible for any loss of data if you changed Name Server of your Domain for single time also.
  • Domain has to be renewed before the expiry date(30days in prior). Once domain is expired renewal charges will be double depends on the TLD. Free domain control panel will be provided free of cost before 30 day prior to domain expire date. If within 30 days of prior to domain expire date customer need domain control panel then it will charge $49. If Customer need domain control panel after expire date then it will cost $99. ID , address Proof and last time payment proof is compulsory to apply for the domain control panel without this document control panel will not provided due to security reason.
  • If any client is not using the hosting service from Manashosting, it is mandatory for the client to send the cancellation request in company latter head to billing department by post or courier. Failing with the same Manashosting will be charging the renewal amount every year.
  • Hereby we would like to update that Manashosting will not be responsible if anyone else book the domain globally within the period of order activation. If any domain gets registered elsewhere globally With in that period and payment is done you can avail other domain name. There will not be any refund for the same. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and not Manashosting and if once order is activated then payment can’t be refund under any circumstance.
  • The backup maintained is for internal use only and not meant for selling to the customers.
  • If manashosting is not having customers correct contact detail and phone number then manashosting is having full rights to suspend and delete the account without any intimation.
  • Before any order activation manashosting is having full rights to verify the clients.
  • Any issue which is not related to server and can be solved by the customer himself then it will be charge 99/- per minute if it’s handling by manashosting.
  • If any client knowingly and intentionally misusing the manpower, resources of company or time of any support employee of Manashosting then the client has to pay fine of 99/- per minute with late fee of 500/- per month. The same rule is applicable even if the problem from client side is there and Client is wasting unnecessary time of our employee.
  • Email sending ; per hour hundred emails per domain limit.
  • If you need SLA then you have to go for individual dedicated server products.
  • If you are uploading Audio/Video/Pdf/Zip/Rar/Dll etc heavy size file then you have to pay penalty per MB 500 per month.
  • All issue will be respond on the basis of Que. If you need first respond then place a order for Assign an Account Exec as a add-on product.
  • As per the website content and Package mentioned in the Manashosting website, at the time of order placed, if any client is using more than the specified limit in his package for his domain then the client is entitled to pay the fine of TEN times more of the amount which is mentioned in the extra resource page: with late fee of 15% of high usage price per month. Before using high resources, you have to upgrade your package. After used more resources, you cannot change or upgrade the package. First you have to clear all your old dues of over usage/ renewal and then you can change the package. After the expiry of your domain, if you did not renew your package from us or you moved your website from Manashosting then also you have to pay the fee of high resources used with last pending fee if any.
  • Late fee is minimum 500/- per month for delay payment or 15% of sum amount per month, if the product price is more than 5000/-
  • Manashosting is not using any incoming E-Mail ID for Billing, Technical Support, Renew, Refund, Complain or any other issue. So if any one contacting us by mail then Manashosting is not responsible to give reply. For any type of issue please raise a ticket from
  • Spamming, copyright infringement, Illegal contents are strictly prohibited. If found violating a charge of 50,000 will be levied as penalty.
  • At any circumstances if your contact details do not match with records, website contact address and the details provided in the billing software the same would be considered as reselling and we have all rights to suspend /delete your account without any prior notice
  • Abuse of SMTP Mail Server:
  • If any of the email id will be misuse the mail server then we will suspended or delete his hosting account.
  • By using Hosting Service Customer(s) agrees to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and to remain responsible for its users. Manashosting reserves the right to change or modify the terms of the AUP at any time, effective when posted on Manashosting’s web site. Customer’s use of the hosting Service after changes to the AUP are posted shall constitute acceptance of any changed or additional terms.
  • Use twenty-five percent (25%) or more of our system resources for longer than ninety (90) seconds at a time. Activities that could cause this excessive use, include but are not limited to: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, perl etc.
  • Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
  • Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers.
  • Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
  • Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. You may link to legal torrents off-site, but may not host or store them on our shared servers.
  • Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
  • Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1942, etc.
  • Run cron entries with intervals of less than fifteen (15) minutes.Per day only one cron .
  • Run any MySQL queries longer than fifteen (15) seconds. MySQL tables should be indexed appropriately.
  • Include the local file rather than the URL when using PHP, include functions for including a local file. Instead of including “”), use “include.php”.
  • Force html to handle server-side code (like php and shtml) to help reduce usage.
  • Use https protocol unless it is necessary; encrypting and decrypting communications is noticeably more CPU-intensive than unencrypted communications.
  • Max php session time of 300 seconds or less.
  • 15 concurrent database connections at one time.
  • Php upload limit of 2 MB.


  • Memory usage may not exceed 10% per domain/file/application/60secs
  • CPU usage may not exceed 20% per domain/file/application/60sec
  • Apache connections may not exceed 30 connections/domain
  • MySQL maximum user connections allowed
  • 200 emails per hour, per domain with max attachment 2mb/email id

    Backups and Data Loss

  • Your use of this service is at your sole risk.
  • Our backup service is ran on Sunday or a weekend day of each week, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy.
  • we are not responsible for files and/or databases residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and databases transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and databases or any other form data stored on our servers.
  • We recommand you to try or take an Add on pack with your existing package for the backup of your site .

    Bandwidth Usage

  • You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

    Changes to the TOS

  • We might reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
  • No refund will be given for suspension or termination of account due to a violation of this TOS/AUP.
  • Every violation of the TOS/AUP will result in a fine of minimum $200. This amount is not limited to any figure ie. If you spam for every instance of spam it will cost you minimum $300.


  • Spamming, unsolicited email or Mass Emailing (including programs that are used for this purpose) in any form from the Host Capacity servers or from an email address held on the Host Capacity servers is expressly forbidden. A violation of this nature will revoke any service agreement you have with Host Capacity and may result in the termination of your account with no recourse for refund. A fine of $200 per instance will be incurred.

    Data Loss

  • Just Your Hosting Provider is not responsible for the restoration of data to server. We strongly recommand you to keep copies of your data off-site with you for emergency purposes. If hardware failure and data loss occurs, you the client are responsible for data restoration. Just Your Hosting provider shall not be liable for loss of data under any circumstances.

    Banned Scripts

  • We do not allow proxy servers or scripts, torrent trackers or torrent clients to be run from our shared hosting servers. Also, BusyRack doesn’t register/install any 3rd party DLLs/EXEs or software on our shared hosting servers.

    The following scripts are banned from use on our servers and may not be uploaded or run. Reasons for banning them include adverse effects on server load, invitations to hackers/spammers/criminal activity, etc.

    IP spoofers
    Port scanners
    Telnet or SSH Access Scripts
    nph-proxy (and other scripts what operates like proxy)
    UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board, all versions)
    FormMail.cgi, from Matt’s Script Archive are not allowed.

    The distribution of MP3’s or any audio / video ,zip or any compressed formats are not allowed on our servers. Under certain circumstances, this rule may be allayed. This exception, however, will be on an individual basis and only upon direct request to our support staff.

    On Shared hosting
    Shared Accounts

  • Shared accounts should not resell web hosting to other people. You must maintain your own backups.
  • Only owner or authorised persons should be contacting our team for any queries on their accounts .
  • Our agents have all rights to cross verify account every time you contact our department this is to maintain security on your account.

    Prohibited Activities

  • General Prohibitions: Manashosting prohibits use of the hosting Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful to or interferes with use of Manashosting’s network or systems, or the network of any other provider, interferes with the use or enjoyment of services received by others, infringes intellectual property rights, results in the publication of threatening or offensive material, or constitutes Spam/E-mail, a security risk or a violation of privacy.
  • Unlawful Activities: Hosting Services shall not be used in connection with any criminal, civil or administrative violation of any applicable local, state, national or international law, treaty, court order, ordinance, regulation or administrative rule.
  • Violation of Intellectual Property Rights: Any activity that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates the intellectual property rights or privacy or publicity rights of Manashosting or any individual, group or entity, including but not limited to any rights protected by any copyright, patent, trademark laws, trade secret, trade dress, right of privacy, right of publicity, moral rights or other intellectual property right now known or later recognized by statute, judicial decision or regulation.
  • Threatening Material or Content: Hosting Services shall not be used to host, post, transmit, or re-transmit any content or material (or to create a domain name or operate from a domain name), that harasses, or threatens the health or safety of others. If the content is determined by Manashosting to be obscene, indecent, hateful, malicious, racist, defamatory, fraudulent, libelous, treasonous, excessively violent or promoting the use of violence or otherwise harmful to others.
  • Spam/E-mail Abuse: Violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, or any other applicable law regulating e-mail services, constitutes a violation of this AUP.
  • AUP Enforcement and Notice:
  • Customer’s failure to observe the guidelines set forth in this AUP may result in Manashosting taking actions anywhere from a warning to a suspension or termination of Customer’s hosting Services. When feasible, Manashosting may provide Customer with a notice of an AUP violation via e-mail or otherwise allowing the Customer to promptly correct such violation.
  • Manashosting reserves the right, however, to act immediately and without notice to suspend or terminate affected or cause harm to or interfere with the integrity or normal operations of Manashosting’s servers, violate any applicable law, rule or regulation, or otherwise present an imminent risk of harm to the servers or Manashosting’s Customers.
  • Network security:

    In case of any tampering done to our network security, we will take an immediate action against the respective hosting account. Unsolicited commercial advertisements (spam) are not allowed in e-mail IDs and may result in cancellation of the account.

  • Abuse of Traffic:

    If any customer violates the company’s policies in site transfer or misuse of bandwidth is preheated, Manashosting can decrease its allotted Traffic quota or suspended his account without any prior notice.

  • Abuse of Space:
    As per our policies, at least 90% of your web pages (HTML) must be “Linked” with files (.GIF, .JPEG, .PDF, .ZIP, .RAR, .DLL etc.) which are stored in our server. Web space must not be used by your visitor for free upload, download heavy size file. Web sites containing a large number of unlinked files or using server space for data storing propose are subject to deletion of files otherwise we will cancellation the account without prior notice.
  • Customers can not run IRC, boots or clients on servers. Customers are also prohibited from running Bulk Emailing, Unsolicited Emailing, Newsgroup Spamming, Pornographic Content, Illegal Content, Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, Warez, Cracks, and Software Serial Numbers.
