All of our support is delivered by a dedicated support team. Your first point of contact would be our highly trained Service Desk who utilize the latest support tools to offer expert telephone and remote support. Should the Service Desk be unable to resolve your issue remotely they will arrange for our highly qualified Field Engineers team to visit your site and resolve the issue.

All of our contracts are built specifically for each individual customer. Some opt to include the cost of callouts whilst others prefer to be charged for them on an hourly basis. This extends to various other features of the contract such as your custom built Service Level Agreements and the hours you can contact us to raise a new issue. Whatever your requirements, we can build a solution to suit you. Our support contracts are made to be as flexible as possible, as we know, one size doesn’t fit all.
