Domain Registration

login into the Domain Control Panel
click on products
select the options LIST LAST 10
Next , select the option Domain Name --> click to manage
Then click on Domain Registration option

Check the availablity of the domain

Login into the Domain control panel
click on products
Select the option Domain registration
and then select the option Check Availability

After clicking on the option , please check the availability of the domain by entering the domain name in mentioned text box as mentioned below

Billing Summary
To check the billing summry , please login into the control panel
Select the option My Billing
select the option you need such as

. List Transactions
. pending invoices
. Search Transactions
. Add Funds

To check the list of transactions carried out through your control panel , please Login into your domain control panel
Select the option products
select the option " List Last 10 "
Next select the option " Domain name --> click to manage "
select the option " List transactions "

Next you will be able to find the transactions carried out as mentioned below

Check the list of domains in the reseller panel

select the option spam/abuse processing

select the option " suspend/unsuspend " to change the status

Lock/unlock the domains
Login into the control panel
click on products
select the options " List Last 10 "
select the option " Lock/Unlock " to change the status

Add the sub resellers
Login into the control panel
Click on the option " SUB-RESELLERS"
Then , click on ADD , you will be able to ADD the sub - resellers under your account

List the sub-resellers
Login into the control panel
Click on the option " SUB-RESELLERS"
Then , click on list , you will be able to find the sub - resellers under your account

Add funds to the control panel
Login into the control panel
Click on customers , then click on list
Select the client
Then , you will be able to find the option "ADD FUNDS"
With the help of this option , you will be able to add the funds to account

Change the Password of the domain control panel
Login into the control panel
Click on settings
Next click on Change Password

Enter the old and new password and click on confirm password , so that the password of your domain cp will be changed

Check the login history
Login into the control panel
Click on tools
Next , click on Login History
With the help of the option , you will be able to find out the history of logins

Next select the Client
Next , click on Add Invoice , to generate invoice

Login into the control panel
Next click on Products , click on List Last 10
Next , click on the option Domain Name --> click to Manage
Scroll Down , you will be able to find the option to generate the Domain secret key in Order Information

Login into the control panel
Click on Customers option
Next , click on List to list the customers , else click on ADD to add the customers

Login into the control panel
click on My Billing
Next , click on " List Locked Funds " , to view your locked funds

Login into your control panel
Click on My Billing
Next , click on the option " request Refund "
You will be able to apply for the Refund , with the help of the option
