1. How to place an order only for domain?

In order to give order only for domain kindly follow the following steps:

2. How to place an order for hosting with domain registration?
The procedure is as follows:

a. Place an order Log in to www.manashosting.co.in/shop Existing users- click on login/ new user click on register, fill the provisions & click to continue Select order Select other packages in categories Select the desired package select the 1st option in case of new domain registration select the 2nd option in case of transfer of domains Select the 3rd option in case of domain name not yet finalized/ want to update the name servers Click on check out An online bill would have been generated which is the order number/ invoice number Please visit: http://manashosting.com/order.html.

b. Please make the payment Online payment (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) Go to the client area in www.manashosting.co.in/shop Click on view invoice Under unpaid select the mode Eg: credit card/ internet banking/ pay by mobile/ ITZ cash cards Select pay now Fill the provisions Under select payment mode select the desired card Click on submit Fill the card/ payment details & submit You would receive an payment acknowledgement number say MHBC 2010 – 496242 which is the payment confirmation number This acknowledgement number would also have been sent to your email Id Offline payment Eg: cash/ cheque/ DD etc Please refer: www.manashosting.com/how_to_pay.html.

c. Raise a ticket from www.manashosting.co.in/help In case 1st time using the ticket system, first you need to register giving the complete details, once registered you would receive an automated email to the ID mentioned while registering, with the link to validate. You need to go the email ID and click on the link to validate it. Once the link is validated you would get an access to the ticket system.


Here you need to select the department to which you want to raise a ticket giving the complete information. Eg in case of raising ticket to the billing team after doing the payment, the following information needs to be mentioned in the ticket:

a) The invoice number.
b) The domain name.
c) Payment mode & details.
d) Platform you are looking for etc.

3. How to make online payment by credit card or debit card to activate order immediately?

In case of immediate activation, an additional price of Rs 333 needs to be paid. Kindly raise an invoice for package + immediate activation (under extra services) from www.manashosting.co.in/shop & then do the online payment.

5. How to get login details of the package after doing successfully online payment by credit card/ bank transfer?

After doing the payment & raising a ticket to our billing team, our billing team would process the request after which the log in ID and password with set up instruction would be sent in reply to your ticket. Also copy of this reply would be sent to your email ID registered with us.

6. I paid by offline payment as cash/ cheque/ DD/ bank transfer but still web space and domain account was not active. How to get the login details?

First please check the status of you ticket raised to our billing team. In case further details of your payment/ booking are asked in the ticket, reply to the ticket accordingly. 10. How to get MS SQL 2000 or 2005 login?

MS SQL 2000 is inbuilt in our PEM control panel & MS SQL 2005 is inbuilt in our Plesk panel. Here the databases could be created by yourself in the control panel with login ID and password which would be displayed in the panel itself.
